Payment options
ARTLE strives to offer flexibility to our customers via a wide array of payment options. We accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfer – the quickest and most secure option.
Credit card – payments for all major credit cards are accepted only at the office or via an online secure method.
Cash – cash payments are accepted only at the office.
All international or foreign payments must be made through a bank transfer. We can also accept cash and international or foreign credit card payments via chip and pin in the office of Lechbinska Gallery.
Delivery information
International orders
ARTLE ships to many countries around the world.
Once you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 1 business week for the preparation and shipment of your order.
All orders are shipped from Switzerland within 1 business week after cleared payment. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a second email with your tracking information.
Shipping times
Shipping time will depend on your choice of method, carrier and destination. Please be aware that, for security purposes, your parcel will require a signature in order to be delivered.
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but in rare cases, local customs and excise authorities can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. We will notify you of any delays where possible.
International buyers are required to pay customs charges as well as any associated import tax, VAT, or duties as required by your local jurisdiction. The taxes collected by ARTLE will be listed in your purchase receipt, but you may be responsible to pay additional duties and taxes to the carrier.
All of our items are fully insured whilst in transit. In the unlikely event your parcel goes missing or does not arrive on time, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
International shipping is provided by our partner logistics company which offers the most efficient route depending on the customer’s residency.
Collect in Switzerland
Collect your purchase in person at Lechbinska Gallery in the historical heart of Zurich. Collections can be made by appointment only during our opening hours. Please note, photo ID and proof of purchase will be required for collection.
